1. Are your products certified by the Ministry of Health?

Yes. All our products are registered with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. You can find the unique MAL registration number on all relevant products, ensuring they are genuine and safe for consumption.

2. Are your products HALAL certified?

We prioritize ensuring all our products are Halal-certified. Please note that products which do not feature the Halal logo on their specific product page are likely still undergoing the certification process.

3. Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in facilities that are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP certified. This ensures that every batch is produced under strict hygiene and quality control standards.

4. Are your products suitable for vegetarian/vegan?

Many of our products are suitable for vegetarians. However, some products may contain dairy or animal-derived ingredients. Please refer to the “Ingredients” section on each individual product page for confirmation.

5. How do I know the expiry date of the product I’m buying?

We guarantee that all products shipped from our warehouse have a minimum shelf life of 12 months remaining. The specific expiry date is clearly printed on the product packaging.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We aim to make checkout simple. We accept:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard)
  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • E-wallets (GrabPay, Touch ‘n Go eWallet)

7. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

To ensure timely delivery, please modify or cancel your order before 12:00 PM the day after you place it. Once the item has been packed or shipped, we are unable to modify the order.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days.
  • East Malaysia: 6–8 working days.
  • Note: During peak sale periods, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Malaysia. We are working on expanding our shipping options soon!

10. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately, and we will address your issues accordingly.

11. I am a pharmacy/retailer. How do I view wholesale pricing?
